No enacted social-media/age-assurance/AADC/app-store/addictive-feed law. Near-miss (out of scope, note-only): the New Hampshire Data Privacy Act (SB 255, 2024; effective 2025-01-01) is a comprehensive privacy law with minor provisions: opt-in consent to process data of a child under 13, and no targeted advertising or sale of a consumer's data where the controller has actual knowledge and willfully disregards that the consumer is 13-16 without consent. New Hampshire also has a separate adult-content age-verification statute (excluded by scope). Absence of an in-scope covered law corroborated by multiple trackers (Wikipedia, MultiState, Mayer Brown, Keller & Heckman).
