No enacted social-media/age-assurance/AADC/app-store/addictive-feed law. Near-misses (out of scope, note-only): the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act (HB 15, 2024; effective 2026-01-01) is a comprehensive privacy law with minor provisions: no sale or targeted advertising to a consumer the controller knows or should know is under 16, and under-13 data treated as sensitive requiring consent. Prior social-media minor-account bill HB 450 was introduced but not enacted; in the 2026 session a bill restricting 'addictive' social-media features for minors passed the Kentucky House unanimously and moved to the Senate, but was not enacted as of 2026-07-04. Kentucky also has a separate adult-content age-verification statute (excluded by scope).
